Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that have discount offers.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items like mobile phones accessory, tablet accessory, etc., please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service by email within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
Returns & Replacement

Customers may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund.
15 Days Guaranteed Replacement or Money Back
timesofmobile.com offers a guaranteed replacement or Money back on all of its products if found with a manufacturing defect, Wrong Color, Wrong size, wrong item, and notified within 2 days from the date of delivery. (you should inform us within 2 days, and send the product back within 7 days and we should get that within 15 days. ) Manufacturer and timesofmobile.com govern the terms of warranty and replacement cannot act outside the preview of decision provided by the manufacturer. We will try to ensure an immediate replacement of the product.
Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, timesofmobile.com is unable to extend its Returns Policy for any items sourced outside of India.
You can contact our "Customer Care" before initiating the return. timesofmobile.com will not arrange courier pick-up for the customer timesofmobile.com will instruct the customer on the process of returning the product.
Before accepting the shipment, kindly ensure that the timesofmobile.com or its partner's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the customer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he/she should refuse to accept delivery and mail timesofmobile.com customer care and we request to keep your order id handy while calling as our customer care executive may ask for it.
In cases, where the order delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, a customer must inform timesofmobile.com within 24-48 hrs of delivery of the order, and if the customer is unable to do so, then there shall be no liability of timesofmobile.com to replace the order.
Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product(s) has been shipped to the customer.
timesofmobile.com will refund the cost of the returned item. Please note that timesofmobile.com will provide a refund facility only for product(s) ordered from the timesofmobile.com website.
The customer needs to return any product(s) bought from timesofmobile.com within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the shipment. (you should send us back within 7 days from the date of receipt of product, and after you send back, it should deliver to us within 15 days )
timesofmobile.com does not accept any returns after 15 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
