(bhavtav.com) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the (bhavtav.com) marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that has discount offers.
(bhavtav.com) does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like mobile phones accessory, tablet accessory , etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service by email within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
Returns & Replacement
To provide a great shopping experience on bhavtav.com, we offer our customers No Questions Asked Return Policy within 15 days of receiving the order. Customers may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund.
15 Days Guaranteed Replacement
bhavtav.com offers a guaranteed replacement on any of its products if found with a manufacturing defect and notified within 15 days from the date of delivery. The terms of warranty and replacement are governed by manufacturer and bhavtav.com cannot act outside the preview of decision provided by manufacturer. We will try to ensure an immediate replacement of the product. Screen Protectors, Scratch Guard for mobile and tablets, and laptops are not covered under the 15 day replacement guarantee
Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, bhavtav.com is unable to extend its Returns Policy for any items sourced outside of India.
You can contact our "Customer Care" before initiating the return. bhavtav.com will not arrange courier pick-up for the customer bhavtav.com will instruct the customer on the process of returning the product.
Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the bhavtav.com or its partner's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the customer observes the package is damaged or tampered, s/he should refuse to accept delivery and mail bhavtav.com customer care and we request to keep your order id handy while calling as our customer care executive may ask for it.
In cases, where the order delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, customer must inform bhavtav.com within 24 hrs of delivery of the order and if the customer is unable to do so, then there shall be no liability of bhavtav.com to replace the order.
Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product(s) has been shipped to customer.
bhavtav.com will refund the cost of the returned item. Please note that Bhavtav.com will provide a refund facility only for product(s) ordered from the Bhavtav.com website.
The customer needs to return any product(s) bought from bhavtav.com within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the shipment.
bhavtav.com does not accept any returns after 15 days of receiving the shipment.
